Research

Areas of Research Interest

Dr. Saam’s main area of expertise is free flight air traffic management, advanced control & systems engineering and physical asset management. His research contributions and interests has centered around formulating novel solutions for complex multi aircraft wind routing, strategic multi-agent conflict resolution using Distributed Model Predictive Control, Lyapunov based stability formation for Air Traffic Flow Management functions, multi-aircraft guidance schemes using neighbouring externals and lifecycle optimality of physical assets.
