Bahrain Polytechnic hosted the CEO Town Hall at its campus on Tuesday, 26th February 2019, where part of the program included honoring its employees who have completed 10 years of service during its annual staff meeting.
At the ceremony, Bahrain Polytechnic’s management thanked the employees for their perseverance, dedication and commitment to the institution and were awarded a token of appreciation by Dr. Jeff Zabudsky, the Chief Executive Officer, and Sh. Ali bin Abdulrahman Al Khalifa, the Deputy CEO of Resources & Information Affairs.
“We are proud of our people and it gives us great pleasure to commemorate their years of loyalty and dedication to Bahrain Polytechnic.” Dr. Jeff Zabudsky stated.
During the open talk meeting, Dr. Zabudsky discussed many focal topics, which aim to promote teamwork and self-initiatives among all employees in order to ensure a high level of performance in terms of education and management. He also outlined the new emerging plans that aim to enhance internal operations in order to set a strong foundation to enhance academic performance, research activities, and physical campus development.
Moreover, Dr. Zabudsky has proudly shared with the staff the results of the job satisfaction survey, and highlighted the improvement areas in Polytechnic’s procedures.
At the end of the meeting, Dr. Zabudsky expressed his sincere appreciation to all employees for their considerable efforts to help Bahrain Polytechnic achieve a higher rank within the top educational institutions.
