EDICT Faculty Awards Students

Bahrain Polytechnic’s Engineering, Design and Information Communications Technology (EDICT) Faculty hosted its 3rd EDICT awarding ceremony on 8th December 2015 at the Bahrain Hall to recognize the student’s academic achievements for the year 2014-15.

Dr. Philippe Pringuet, Dean of the EDICT Faculty, awarded 19 students from each programme, including Engineering, ICT, Visual Design and Web Media. These students were awarded for a number of achievements, such as receiving high grades in a particular subject or conducting outstanding projects.

The EDICT student representatives played a pivotal role in being the focal point between the EDICT students and the Faculty. The student representatives were also awarded for their efforts.

The ceremony concluded with a question and answer session with the Dean of the Faculty.

The EDICT students have been renowned for their creative projects, and Acting CEO Dr. Mohamed Al Aseeri praised the students’ academic achievements which will not go unnoticed, as the Polytechnic is keen on developing skilled Bahrainis to fit the labor market requirements as per the Kingdom’s 2030 Vision.
