Areas of Research Interest
Applied ICT for organizational change, data-driven marketing in tourism, technology-enhance HR practices, crisis management frameworks for hospitality, quality management through knowledge sharing in petroleum, ICT competency development for SMEs in GCC.
Applied ICT and Organizational Development Project
This ongoing research initiative integrates ICT solutions to address practical challenges in diverse sectors. Key areas include developing ICT-driven strategies for adapting to organizational change, enhancing HR practices through technology, implementing crisis management frameworks in hospitality, promoting knowledge sharing for quality management in petroleum, and advancing ICT competency among SMEs in the GCC region. This research has involved collaborations with industry partners and engaged student research assistants, who contribute to field studies, data collection, and practical testing of developed frameworks.
