Programs and Initiatives

The Innovation Centre offers programs that support students and graduates as they develop their business ideas and solutions. Each program provides structured learning, practical guidance and access to expert mentorship.

Founders Launchpad Program

FLP is designed for students and graduates who have a business idea or early concept and want to shape it into a clear and well-defined solution. Through a series of workshops and mentoring sessions, participants learn how to understand their target audience, articulate the problem they aim to solve, validate their assumptions, and strengthen the core elements of their idea.

The program introduces participants to value proposition design, customer insights, early market research, solution development and basic business fundamentals. FLP also includes guided pitch preparation to help participants communicate their ideas confidently and clearly.

By the end of the program, participants have a stronger, more structured business concept supported by early validation and clearer direction.

MVP Development Program

The MVP Development Program supports teams who are ready to build the first version of their solution. The program focuses on helping participants translate their business concept into an initial working prototype or a Minimum Viable Product.

Participants receive support from technical coaches and business advisors as they define the MVP features, map user flows and begin developing their early solution. The program guides teams through design fundamentals, technical considerations and iterative improvement based on testing and feedback.

The goal is to enable participants to produce a tangible version of their solution that can be demonstrated, tested and further developed.

Become a Mentor

Mentorship Program

The Mentorship Program supports students and graduates in developing their ideas, projects, or early-stage startups through structured guidance and expert insight. It connects participants with experienced mentors who provide practical feedback, challenge assumptions, and support informed decision-making throughout the innovation and development process.

Through one-to-one and small-group mentoring sessions, participants gain clarity on problem definition, solution direction, validation, and next steps. By the end of the program, participants have increased confidence, clearer direction, and actionable guidance to progress their ideas or initiatives effectively.
