The Commercial & Community Initiatives Office at Bahrain Polytechnic was established to support the industry and community needs, with the aim to promote lifelong learning.
For the past decade, Bahrain Polytechnic has had a growing number of success stories in its community service and outreach programs such as our continued collaboration with Think Pink: Bahrain Breast Cancer Society and Bahrain Trust Foundation, which led to a variety of high-impact initiatives on national and regional levels, including the development of a micro school in Aswan, Egypt, the longest awareness ribbon community builder, “icheck” the bilingual breast cancer awareness mobile application and the social media public service announcements on breast cancer misconceptions and anticorruption campaigns.
Bahrain Polytechnic believes the future of the Kingdom’s social and economic wellbeing will rely on a skilled and qualified workforce, which is why Bahrain Polytechnic is committed to empower the labor market and individuals with the knowledge and tools to further their professional goals, by offering certified courses and customized training.
The institution prides itself in its high caliber faculty members, which have served first hand in their respective industries, and established practical expertise in addition to their academic specializations. Furthermore, our relationships with international educational and professional organizations enables Bahrain Polytechnic to give learners a cutting-edge advantage in developing their careers.
