The programme is a national initiative, in partnership with Tamkeen, Bahrain’s Labour Fund. Employer wage costs are subsidised, training fees are fully covered, and apprentices earn a salary throughout the duration of their studies, making this one of the most accessible and impactful workforce development programmes in the Kingdom.
