Shaima Mohamed Alweswasi, a masters’ degree graduate from Open University Malaysia, conducted a thorough research regarding the importance of induction programs for new employees in both private and public sectors, including a comparison between the two sectors.

The study covers many aspects including benefits of induction programs, challenges faced by new employees when entering a new company and practical recommendations.
