Research

Areas of Research Interest

My research primarily focuses on Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, and the integration of technology in business, with a particular emphasis on AI and its implications for workplace dynamics. I have a keen interest in exploring the intersection of workplace culture with other areas of HRM, as well as the role of blended learning in education. My work extends to the application of predictive analytics for talent acquisition, employee engagement, and the impact of social media on employee productivity. Additionally, I am engaged in research related to entrepreneurship and sustainable development, reflecting a multidisciplinary approach to contemporary business challenges.
