Bahrain Polytechnic’s CEO, Professor Ciarán Ó Catháin and Mr. Ahmed AlMudawi, Head of Global Markets at SICO Bank, honored the students who won the 2nd edition of the SICO Trading Game. The winners are: Younis Al Doseri (Highest Profit and Highest Risk-Adjusted Return), Noor Abdulla (Highest Win Rate), and Ayat Mohamed (Beat the Trader).
This innovative initiative shows the power of digital transformation, where it provides students with an exceptional opportunity to gain practical experience in financial markets, develop their trading and risk management skills, and compete for the highest performance in a real, dynamic market.
Bahrain Polytechnic is the first higher education institution to collaborate with SICO Bank in this program, which attracted 50 students from the School of Business, including Banking and Finance, FinTech, Accounting, and Management programs, who were interested in the world of trading.
