Bahrain Polytechnic in partnership with BAS Aircraft Engineering Training Centre (BAETC) offers a customized Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) programme specifically designed for holders of an EASA Part-66 aircraft maintenance qualification who are looking to advance their academic and professional careers. This programme allows graduates of BAETC and other certified aircraft maintenance personal to enhance their vocational training and obtain a recognized engineering degree from Bahrain Polytechnic, bridging their technical expertise with advanced principles in mechanical engineering.

For holders of an EASA Part-66 aircraft maintenance qualification (applicable to both Bahrainis and non-Bahrainis) from within (such as BAETC) and outside the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Applicants are accepted into the programme at Polytechnic based on their fulfilment of the requirements for admission and their submission of the required documents

Entry Tests
Applicants must take the entry tests after completing (and passing) the Bridging semester to be admitted to the programme. They are not officially admitted to the programme until they have achieved a passing grade in the entry tests. The entry tests in English and Mathematics are both conducted online.

Admission Decision and Confirmations
Applicants who meet the entry requirements are considered for a conditional offer of a place. Successful applicants MUST accept their conditional offer by completing all the confirmation processes (as mentioned in their conditional offer letter).

Application and Confirmation Fees
The admission application fee is BHD 50, which is non-refundable and non-transferable. Payment is made through the online admission application. The confirmation fee is BHD 520 (non-refundable & non-transferable).
