The Rotary Youth Leadership Award (RYLA), run by the Rotary Club of Adliya, is organizing a 3 day weekend extravaganza of activities aimed to cover 4 main objectives: Leadership, Innovation, Ethics and Civil Responsibility.
Students will have the opportunity to develop their leadership skills and confidence in a multi-cultural environment through a variety of programs and activities, such as speakers, networking and problem-solving.
Winner of RYLA Bahrain will be given the opportunity to attend RYLA International overseas, where the winner will get the chance to network with future leaders and enhance their leadership development skills on a global stage.
Final year students are encouraged to register to this event, where only 12 Polytechnic students will be shortlisted*. The students shortlisted by Bahrain Polytechnic will be judged by a panel from the RYLA committee, where 25 out of 120 students from higher education institutions nationwide will be selected to partake in the weekend event held in November.
