Bahrain Polytechnic’s Acting CEO, Dr. Mohamed Al Aseeri, honored the Dean of the Business Faculty, Mr. Cormac MacMahon, on the occasion of ending his five year tenure at the Polytechnic.
On this occasion, Dr. Al Aseeri praised the outstanding efforts made by Mr. MacMahon in order to elevate the Polytechnic’s academic programmes, notably in the Business Faculty. He developed and enhanced upon a number of business programmes, such as project development and financial resources for new projects. Additionally, he submitted several solutions to problems and established a centre dedicated to entrepreneurship.
Dr. Al Aseeri added: “We wish Mr. MacMahon a future filled with success and achievements. It was an honor to have him at the Polytechnic, where he was effective in maintaining the Business Faculty and elevated its name.
Both Deputy CEO of Academic Services, Dr. Hasan Almulla, and Deputy CEO of Resources & Information Affairs, Sh. Ali bin Abdulrahman Al Khalifa, admired Mr. MacMahon’s dedication to his work and his contribution in many committees which developed the Polytechnic and the Kingdom of Bahrain.
In turn, Mr. MacMahon expressed his sincere thanks and appreciation to the executive management of Bahrain Polytechnic for this honor, as well as the hospitality received throughout the duration of his work. He added that his years at the Polytechnic was a significant milestone in his career and wished the Polytechnic a successful future.
