Polytechnic registration day ended successfully, concluding by reaching the maximum allowed number of students to be accepted and registered for this academic year at the governmental educational institution.

Confirmation of acceptance and registration day opened for new students on 18th August until the 29th, as students prepare to embark on their first year of higher education.

Dr. Mohamed Al Aseeri, Acting CEO of Bahrain Polytechnic was delighted with the turnout and appreciated the attempts for the students to register on time.

“Not only am I pleased with the turnout, but the new one-stop service our staff has implemented successfully eased the registration process gradually; a service which allows the student to complete all registration, security and admission needs in one go.” Dr Al Aseeri said.

Dr Hasan Al Mulla, Deputy CEO, added: “We would like to thank the registration team, social media and our email & SMS campaigns. The students were aware of the period they had to register and made sure they earned a seat for the next academic year.”

Bahrain Polytechnic top management team members expressed their excitement towards the new academic year of 2013-14, which will start on 8th September 2013.

“The top management and staff are working very hard to produce work-ready graduates, a goal that’s in line with Bahrain’s Vision 2030. We will be graduating our first batch of students this year and this will hopefully add the skills the Kingdom of Bahrain are looking for.” Dr Al Aseeri concluded.
