Bahrain Polytechnic hosted the annual all staff meeting on Tuesday 12th September 2017 at the campus to welcome the staff to the new academic year. The gathering commenced with light lunch and networking, followed by a special welcome to the new faculty members by Dr. Jeff Zabudsky, the Chief Executive Officer.
Dr. Zabudsky addressed the new developments and transformational plans of the Polytechnic, including the continuous maintenance and development of operations on the buildings. He expressed his deep thanks to the facilities and maintenance teams for the work done over the summer break.
He also outlined Bahrain Polytechnic’s plans to revamp, enhance, and add more buildings, services, and facilities for its campus in the near future, aiming to improve the quality of study and life within the government educational institution.
During the event, a special award has been given to the organizers of the 8th Teaching and Learning Symposium which was held in last month for the great organization of the event.
Dr. Zabudsky also took the opportunity to express his special thanks to Dr. Hasan Almulla, who just retired from his position as Deputy CEO of Academic Affairs after 10 years of service with Bahrain Polytechnic.
Dr. Almulla expressed his appreciation to all the Polytechnic staff for all their hard work, support and efforts throughout the years of his tenure as Deputy CEO. Additionally, Dr. Almulla was presented with a trophy as a gesture of gratitude and appreciation.
At the end of the meeting, Dr. Zabudsky expressed his sincere appreciation to all employees for their considerable efforts to help Bahrain Polytechnic achieve a higher rank within the top educational institutions.
