Bahrain Polytechnic’s Manager: Enrolments, Progression & Results, Ms. Huda Alhalwachi, announced the start of the course registration period for the first semester of the academic year 2017-18 will begin from Wednesday, 30th August until Thursday, 14th September 2017.
A workshop will be held in order to train students on how to enroll to courses online using the Self Service Banner system at the specified time.
Ms. Alhalwachi advises all students to check their emails continuously, and to register for their courses using the Self Service Banner according to the dates and times available on the timetable, as well as follow the online registration instructions.
She commented: “Degree students can use Room 5.18 and Room 5.19 to register for classes online, and if a student needs assistance, they can refer to a video guide found on the Polytechnic website or attend a workshop in one of the computer labs.
“Students who wish to add seats in full capacity class must print and complete the Add & Drop form and submit to the Student Information Centre.”
She added that all students who are expected to graduate at the end of the first semester of the academic year 2017-18 need to see their programme manager or academic advisor and check the courses they require in order to graduate.
Ms. Alhalwachi noted that the period to add and drop courses for the first semester of the academic year 2017-18 ends on 24th September 2017, where students can complete their add and drop procedures through the Polytechnic website: www.polytechnic.bh
The first day of semester 1, 2017-18, will begin on Sunday, 17th September.
