Areas of Research Interest
My research interest includes change management, process improvement, performance management, organizational behavior, people management, strategic management and airport management.
The Geography of News Project
Recently, I submitted a research paper titled as “Exploring the relationship between front-line managers and operational staff during transformational change: Evidence from Australia.”. The research aims to examine the front-line managers leader-member exchange with the employees and senior managers while facilitating the radical organizational change activities. Currently, I am working with Dr Wesley Lee on strategic supply chain management research project Lee, also I am working with Ms Nahed Bahman on Change Management research within Bahrain Airport.
