Bahrain Polytechnic’s executive management honored 83 employees that received an incentive and recently performed excellently, taking place on campus on April 21st 2015.

Both administrative and academic staff attended the ceremony, where Acting CEO Dr. Mohamed Al Aseeri gave his sincere thanks and appreciation to all staff members of the Polytechnic for their continuous hard work, supported by the chairman of the Board of Trustees, Sheikh Hisham Bin Abdulaziz Al Khalifa.

“This incentive system plays a major role in motivating our staff.” stated the Acting CEO after the ceremony. “We want our staff to perform at their best, raising their interest in their duties to improve the quality of services they provide.

“We want to establish ourselves as a government institution which reflects positively towards its staff members and other institutions, whether local, regional, or international. At the same time, we want the public to know that we are working on innovating new ideas to improve the labor market in order to achieve the Polytechnic’s Strategic Plan 2015-2019, the government action plan 2015-2018, and Bahrain’s 2030 Vision.” concluded Dr. Al Aseeri.

The staff of Bahrain Polytechnic thanked the Board of Trustees and executive management for honoring them with incentives and rewards, driving them to enhance their performance to make the Polytechnic a global world class institution.

The incentives and performance awards were in line with Civil Service Bureau’s official rewarding system.
