A memorandum of understanding between Bahrain Polytechnic and the International Maritime College of Oman (IMCO) was signed on 21st May 2017 at the Polytechnic by Dr. Jeff Zabudsky, CEO of Bahrain Polytechnic, and Dr. Hilal Ali Azzan Al Hadrami, Dean of the International Maritime College of Oman.
The Memorandum establishes a basis for collaboration on the development and delivery of quality activities related to teaching and learning practice and improvement, particularly in the fields of Engineering and Logistics.
Dr. Jeff Zabudsky, CEO of Bahrain Polytechnic, stated: “Collaborating with these recognized higher education institutions allows us to exchange our knowledge to enhance our curriculum, especially in the fields of engineering and logistics. I would like to thank the International Maritime College of Oman for their collaboration with Bahrain Polytechnic and hope this is a start of a fruitful relationship.”
Dr. Hilal Ali Azzan Al Hadrami, Dean of the International Maritime College of Oman, commented: “Bahrain Polytechnic is one of the well-known educational institutes in the Kingdom of Bahrain, and the International Maritime College of Oman as an international higher educational institution seeks to strengthen the cooperation with the leading higher educational institutions in the region which contributes in developing education and research”.
