Ahmed Malalla, Registry Director of Bahrain Polytechnic, announced that graduates for the academic year 2015-16 would need to register themselves to attend the Polytechnic’s 3rd graduation ceremony from 19th September – 13th October 2016.
Mr. Malalla stated that the graduates would need to visit Building 8 from Monday to Wednesday (excluding public holidays) from 10 AM – 2 PM in order to register themselves and receive the graduation gowns upon payment.
Furthermore, he added that the second photo session for graduates who were unable to get their photos taken for the graduation booklet during the first period will end on Thursday, 22nd September.
The photo session will take place at Building 24 at the Polytechnic campus in Isa Town, from 9 AM – 2 PM from Monday to Wednesday. On Thursday, the photo sessions will take place from 4 PM – 8 PM.
Male graduates are required to wear either a white thobe, ghutra and agal, or a formal suit with a white shirt and a tie for the photo session. Female graduates are required to wear either a black abaya with black shaila or hijab, or a formal suit with a white shirt.
The graduation ceremony is set to begin on 6th November 2016.
